You can always find a simple youtube tutorial on how to wipe all NMM mods. That means delete all of the mods installed with NMM and reinstalling skyrim, which is what I did (a couple of times, it took me numerous attempts to find a fix). One solution could be to install the XP32SSE skeleton for special edition FNIS, but I do highly recommend you pull off a full wipe of your skyrim se. At this point starting again with MO2 is your best bet for fixing skyrim, it might be a new program but it's alot more useful and reliable than NMM. Once you install Mod Organizer 2, which it does take a little bit of getting used to as the layout is more complex than NMM, get back to me and I can link you a simple ~15 minute tutorial on how to install FNIS for SE with MO2.

Next you'll want to install Mod Organizer 2 for Skyrim SE - instead of installing mod files straight to the data folder it creates a separate virtual folder which has waaayyy less chance of messing everything up.
